We seek to establish continuing client relationships through the quality and effectiveness of our services. These relationships allow us to develop a thorough understanding of the client's business, thus optimising our services.
We accept only those assignments where we are sure we will perform effectively, and where we can agree a detailed specification with the client at the outset.
We do not provide any organisation with information on individuals without the knowledge of the individuals concerned.
We operate on a mandated basis, accepting fees only from client companies, never from candidates.
